Car Parking Access
Feel free to use our secure underground car park.
Enter via Mellor street at Car Park # 1
The remote with your key will open the car park gate .
Drive to basement 2 and park is labelled with your room number.
The lift is directly next to your car park and will take you up to your room when you swipe the security pad .

Strictly no house parties or additional guests in the apartment

Strictly no smoking or vaping in the apartment or on the balcony
CLEAN UP SPILLS AND CRUMBS
Treat our place with courtesy and respect. Clean as you go and report any stains. Crumbs can attract unwanted critters. Extra cleaning charges may apply if the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition.
EMPTY RUBBISH
Please empty rubbish daily. The chute is located in the hallway (same floor level).
REPORT ANY BREAKAGE
We understand accidents happen, its ok, just let us know so we can replace the items.
REPORT EXHAUSTED STOCK
If something runs out during your stay and you need it replaced, please contact us. Do not take excess supplies from the apartment, you may be charged a replenishment fee.
NO OPEN FLAMES OR CANDLES
For the safety of everyone please do no light an open flame. Smoke detectors may be activated.
PLEASE DONT REMAKE BEDS
Our cleaner need to know which beds have been used, leave the beds unmade when you leave.
USED TOWELS
Extra towels are available for use in the bathroom cabinet. Please place used towels on the bathroom floor when you leave.
LOAD DISHWASHER
You may hand wash items during your stay but we prefer items to undergo a thorough cleaning between guests.
FOLD OUT COUCH
The sofa couch is available for guests who have paid for additional guests. Using it without permission will incur additional laundering charges. Please return the couch to its original position and leave bedding on top.
QUIET HOURS
Please respect other guests staying in the complex. Quiet hour are 10am - 7am weekdays and 12am-9am weekends.
